Nothing really new to report. Lindsay and I have no finished our SCUBA diving, so we are now certified to dive anywhere.....look out Great Barrier Reef, here we come...lol
Lindsay and I went downtown last week to a meet and greet with the University of Wollongong and got some more information on the town and program. We got to meet with one of my prof's who was very nice and extremely helpfull. Lindsay got some great info and connections about finding a job in her field. I also found out that there are some great opportunities for me to do one of my teaching blocks over seas. The options are China, Fiji, or Malasia. I would love to go to Fiji and teach there, I think it would be a great opportunity for me.
I submitted my letter requesting a leave of absance for the year and my new manager was totally game for that. He is very excitied for me and told me that I must send pictures back for everyone to see....(but that is what this blog is going to be used for....at least the pics that are parent friendly....lol)
